“Dian Hong Ye Sheng” is made from the autumn shoots of wild tea trees. Harvest 2022.
In appearance: long, thin, curved, red-brown flagella of twisted leaves and red buds. The aroma is intensive, fruity. The infusion is transparent, red-chestnut color.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, fruity-and-woody with honey, mushroom and citrus notes. The aroma is deep and warm, fruity. The taste is full-bodied, velvety and slightly astringent, sweetish, with lemon sourness and refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. Then do short steeps (5-7 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.
