Jin Ya Dian Hong Cha (Yunnan Red Tea “Golden Buds”)

Yunnan red tea «Golden Buds» was made in the small farm in Lingcang County from the spring shoots of plantation tea (harvest 2020).

In appearance: middle-sized flagella of brown leaves and fluffy reddish-yellow buds. The fragrance is deep, fruity with spicy hints. The liquor is transparent, chestnut color.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid and warm, woody, with spicy, fruity and pastry notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity-spicy. The taste is rich and full-bodied, a bit tart, sweetish, with citrus sourness, turns to lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.

«Golden Bud» is a great choice for daily tea breaks – vivid, juicy and very fragrant. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
