In appearance: small, thin, black-brown flagella of tea tips. The aroma is intense, fruity. The infusion is transparent, with an amber shade.
A bouquet of ready-made tea is warm, fruity-biscuit, with woody, honey and spicy notes. The aroma is rich and deep, fruity-and-spicy. The taste is full-bodied and sweet, juicy, slightly astringent, with berry acidity and a refreshing aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 6-7 times.
Red tea “Mei Ren Hong” is an excellent choice for a variety of situations and moods: rich, soft and very fragrant.
