Tai Guifei Oolong

In appearance: large, heavy, red-brown balls of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, berry-floral. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of yellow amber.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, floral and berry with hints of honey, herbs and dried fruits. The aroma is intense, berry-floral. The taste is dense, sweet and silky, with slight sourness, nuances of spices and refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (92-95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. Then do short steeps (5-10 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
