Xiao Zhong Anxi

Fujian red tea processed according to the Xiaozhong technology.
In appearance: medium-sized, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves. The fragrance is restrained, fruity-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of golden almond.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm, fruity, with berry, biscuit, spicy-herbaceous and floral notes. The aroma is warm and tender, spicy-floral. The taste is full-bodied and sweet, a bit astringent, with berry sourness and spicy nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times.
Red tea «Anxi Xiaozhong» is an excellent choice a variety of situations and moods: friendly and easy to brew, but at the same time multifaceted and quite refined for gong-fu-cha style.
