In appearance: small, red-brown balls of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, fruity with a hint of smoke. The infusion is transparent, red-chestnut color.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, fruity-and-woody with floral, biscuit and citrus notes. The aroma is warm, fruity-floral. The taste is rich, sweetish, slightly astringent, with a juicy sourness and refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (92-95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. Then do short steeps (5-7 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
