In appearance: medium-sized, dark brown flagella of tea leaves, their fragments and cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody with hints of autumnal forest. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of yellow ocher, darkens to brown during brewing.

The bouquet of the brewed tea is aged, woody, with nut, balsamic and fruity notes. The aroma is deep, woody with a fruity accent. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, sweetish, a bit tart, with a fruity sourness and refreshing finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8-9 times.

Dark tea «Er Ji Luan Hei Cha» is a good choice for everyday tea breaks: mellow flavor, deep aroma, soft tonic effect.
