The dry tea consists of tiny, thin spirals of hairy, silver-olive tea buds. The aroma of dry tea is tender, herbal, floral. The infusion has clear, light olive color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is light, fresh, herbal, floral. The aroma is tender, pure, spring. The taste is mild, smooth, rich, sweet, pure with a slight tone of sunflower seeds. The aftertaste is nice and refreshing.
Infuse this tea with chilled boiled water (80-85°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in glass teaware. Take 3-4 grams for 100 ml volume dish. Shed tea with water and increase infusion time gradually. This tea can be infused this way for 7 times.
