“Baxian Wulong” is made in Chaozhou County (Guangdong Province). Harvest: late autumn 2024. Light fermentation, low heat.

In appearance: medium-sized, brown-green, curved, longitudinally twisted tea leaves with thin stalks. The aroma is intense, floral with a biscuit note. The infusion is transparent, the shade of white grapes.

The flavour profile of the ready-made tea is herbaceous and floral, with fruity, biscuit and citrus notes. The aroma is gentle and warm, spicy and floral. The taste is dense, oily, sweetish, slightly tart, with citrus sourness, spicy nuances and a persistent aftertaste.

Steep the tea in a hot water (92-95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 30 seconds. After that do short steeps (5-10 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea 7 times.
