In appearance: large, lilac-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The aroma is restrained, fruity-and-woody with a smoky hint. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is vivid, berry-and-woody with floral, citrus and spicy hints. The aroma is warm, spicy-floral. The taste is full-bodied, tart and spicy, sweetish, with citrus sourness and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (85-92°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.
