Milan Xiang Dan Cong

Made by traditional technology tang kao (heating on charcoal).

In appearance: middle-sized, brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, spicy-floral, with notes of exotic wood tar and fresh berries. The aroma is high and tender, spicy-floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, a bit spicy, with a fine woody tartness and citrus sourness, transforming into the lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.

“Tang Kao Milan Xiang Dan Cong” is an excellent Chaozhou oolong with versatile refined taste, magnificent floral aroma and invigorating effect.
