In appearance: medium-sized, reddish-brown balls of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, with an ocher-amber shade, turns yellow during steeping.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted, herbaceous-and-floral, with notes of nut biscuit, seaweed, fresh fruits and berries. The aroma is warm, complex, floral-and-biscuit. The taste is dense, oily, sweetish, slightly astringent, with a tender fruity acidity and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (92°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (5-10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7 times.
The effect is body warming, mind refreshing, stress relieving.
