Si Ji Chun

«Si Ji Chun» (Spring Four Seasons) is an alpine oolong from Nantou County, Fall 2020.

In appearance: small dark green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with nutty and berry notes. The aroma is vibrant, spicy-floral. The taste is smooth, soft and buttery, sweetish, with a delicate grassy bitterness, fruity acidity and a refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (75-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.

«Si Ji Chun» is a right choice to relieve fatigue and refresh perception.
