Yantra Gaba Oolong, Thailand (winter 2023)

In appearance: large, heavy red-brown balls of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, fruity. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of yellow ocher.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, multifaceted, fruity-and-berry with floral, woody and citrus notes. The aroma is deep and warm, fruity-floral. The taste is rich, smooth and sweet, silky, with juicy sourness and refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (92-95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. Then do short steeps (3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
