Jingmai Shengtai Sheng Cha (2019)

“Jingmai Shengtai” (“Ecologic”) is a sheng puer from Jingmai Mountains (Puer County, 1200 m altitude).

In appearance: long, thin, twisted tea shoots. The aroma is restrained, herbaceous. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of grapes.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with floral, nutty and fruity notes. The aroma is intense, spicy-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, oily, sweetish, with a slight woody tartness, apple sourness and lingering finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (90°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then do short steeps (3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.

“Jingmai Shengtai” is a great choice to boost your daytime energy.
