Menghai Shu Shengtai Puer (2020)

In appearance: medium size, brown, twisted leaves, red buds and thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody with a subtle vegetable note. The liquor is transparent, with а chestnut shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, nutty, with notes of wood resins, spices, cocoa beans and baked potatoes. The aroma is deep and warm, nutty-and-woody. The taste is rich and mellow, buttery, sweetish, spicy, with minty coolness, sourness of dry berries and a velvety aftertaste.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 8 times.

The effect is warming, moderately tonic.
