Nannou Shu Cha (2018)

In appearance: small, brown, twisted leaves and their fragments, red buds and thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody-and-nutty. The liquor is transparent, with а dark chestnut shade.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, nutty-and-woody, with earthy, bready, spicy and balsamic notes. The aroma is deep, warm and complex, nutty-and-woody with a hint of dried fruit. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, sweetish, spicy, with mint coolness.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 8 times.

The effect is warming, moderately tonic.
