In appearance: medium-sized, brown, twisted leaves, red buds and thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody-and-nutty. The liquor is transparent, with а dark chestnut shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, walnut-woody, with notes of dry fruit, bread, autumn leaves and spice. The aroma is warm, walnut-woody. The taste is full-bodied and mellow, sweetish, with spicy nuances and velvety finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea up to 7 times.
Shu Puer “Bulan-Shushensky” is an excellent choice as everyday tea. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
