Tie Guanyin Ripe Puerh

«Shu Tie Guanyin» is an experimental tea made by special order of Moychay.ru in the village of Gande (Anxi County) in 2020 from the Te Guanyin variety using the technology of Shu Puer.

In appearance: dark brown flagella of twisted leaves and buds, a small amount of cuttings. The aroma is intensive, nutty-and-biscuit with a hint of baked fruit. The infusion is transparent, with a red-chestnut shade.

A bouquet of ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, walnut-woody with notes of baked fruit, cocoa, biscuit, spicy herbs and autumn leaves. The aroma is warm, intense, nutty. The taste is dense and soft, velvety, sweet, in an excessive concentration with a slight chocolate bitterness. A stable, juicy finish with distinctive floral nuances of Oolong Te Guanyin.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.

«Shu Tie Guanyin» is an excellent choice for a variety of situations and moods: in the morning it helps to wake up and harmoniously merge into the flow of a new day, and in the evening – to breathe out and relax. We especially recommend it to connoisseurs of the premium shu.
