Moychay Fractal, Menghai Shu Zhuang (2010), 250g

In appearance: dark brown tea leaves, twisted along the axis, their fragments and woody stalks, pressed into the shape of a “brick”. The aroma is restrained, woody-balsamic. The infusion is transparent, dark chestnut in color.

The flavor profile of the ready-made tea is mature, multifaceted, woody-balsamic, with notes of damp earth, dried fruits, nuts, spices, autumn leaves and wine berries. The aroma is complex, deep, woody-balsamic. The taste is dense, soft, silky, sweetish, slightly spicy, with the sourness of ripe cranberries and a velvety finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 40 seconds. After that do short steeps (10-15 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea 10 times.

«Moychay Fractal, Menghai Shu Zhuang» is an excellent aged tea for gourmets and sophisticated connoisseurs – multifaceted, meditative, long-lasting.
