Gaba White Tea from the alpine gardens of Yongde County (raw materials and press 2020)

Fully organic “Gaba White Tea” was made in Yongde County (Northwest of Yunnan Province).

100-gram cake of medium density consists of pressed pistachio green and brown leaves and silvery buds with thin cuttings. The aroma is delicate, spicy-floral. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.

Steep the tea in hot water (60-70°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that, starting with an exposure of 5 seconds and increasing the exposure time to 2 minutes, you can steep the tea 9 times more.
