In appearance: medium-density teacake, easily stratified into large, brown leaves with thin cuttings, silvery-gray buds and yellowish flowers. The fragrance is restrained, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of light amber.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted, floral-herbaceous with hints of raspberry leaf, dried fruit and cranberries. The fragrance is bright, floral-and-berry. The taste is full-bodied, sweetish and spicy, with a berry sourness and refined bitterness in lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 12 times.
The effect is refreshing, mild relaxing.
