Purple white, Moychay (harvest 2022, pressed in 2023), 100 g

A 100-gram tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into brown, black-green and pearl-beige buds. The aroma is subtle, woody and floral. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is multifaceted, floral-herbaceous with woody, nutty and berry notes. The aroma is delicate, floral-herbaceous. The taste is dense and smooth, buttery, sweetish, a bit tart, with a slight grapefruit bitterness, citrus sourness, nuances of spices and a lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (87-92°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (3-5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.
