Te Guanyin, strong fire (2018)

In appearance: small, red-brown clumps of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is restrained, spicy-and-woody with a fruity note. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white wine.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm, multifaceted, fruity and woody, with notes of nutty biscuit, herbs and seaweed. The aroma is delicate, spicy-and-woody. The taste is dense, smooth, sweetish, with fruity sourness, nuances of spices and a refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. After that do short steeps (10 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.

The effect is warming and relaxing.
