Shu Puer Black Rivers, Moychay (harvest 2018, pressed in 2023), 100 g

A 100-gram tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into small, brown leaves, thin cuttings and red buds. The aroma is restrained, nutty-woody with a fruity note. The infusion is dark reddish-chestnut.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, nutty and woody, with bakery, fruit and earthy notes. The aroma is thick and warm, nutty and woody. The taste is dense, velvety, sweetish, with a slight fruity sourness.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7-8 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 2-3 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 6 times.

The effect depends on the concentration – the higher it is, the stronger the tonic effect. In low concentration it is perfect for evening relax.
