SHU WANG, Moychay (harvest 2022, pressed in 2023), 357 g

A 357-gram tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into small, brown, curled leaves and red buds. The aroma is restrained, woody. The infusion is slightly cloudy, chestnut in color.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, spicy-woody, with earthy, fruity and autumnal notes. The aroma is complex, spicy-and-woody. The taste is dense, velvety, sweetish, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans, sourness of dry berries and nuances of spices.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6-7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 20 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 7 times.

“SHU WANG” is a good choice as everyday tea. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
