Xue Milanxiang Lingmei

Highly fermented oolong from Lingmei tea farm (Chaozhou Cjonty), harvest: late autumn of 2023. Shoots of Milanxiang tea trees were used as raw materials.

In appearance: thin, lilac-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The aroma is intense, berry-floral with a biscuit touch. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of mahogany.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is bright, multifaceted, floral and berry with notes of black currant, wood resins, spices and citruses. The aroma is bright and vivid, floral-and-berry. The taste is refined, oily, sweetish, with the delicate tartness of grape skins, citrus sourness and a lingering finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (87-92°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a porous clay teapot. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. After that do short steeps (5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.

“Xue Milanxiang Lingmei” is a great Chaozhou Oolong with a multifaceted flavor, enchanting aroma and inspiring effect. It is an excellent choice for a gongfucha ceremony.
