Si Ji Chun Dong Pieng (Spring of the Four Seasons, winter harvest)

In appearance: small brown-green balls of twisted tea shoots. The aroma is intensive, spicy-floral. The infusion is transparent, grape yellow color.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, herbaceous-floral with hints of nuts, fruits and spices. The aroma is intense, spicy-floral. The taste is rich, sweet and mellow, slightly spicy, with refined sourness and refreshing finish.

Steep the tea in a hot water (85°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then do short steeps (2-3 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
