Foxy shu puer tea, Moychay (harvest 2019, pressed in 2023), 250 g

250-gram tea briquette consists of tightly compressed brown, twisted leaves, reddish buds and thin cuttings. The aroma is restrained, woody. The infusion is slightly cloudy, with rich dark chestnut hue.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, nutty and woody, with notes of dried fruits, herbs and autumn leaves. The aroma is deep and warm, nutty. The taste is dense, soft, velvety, sweetish, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans, sourness of dry berries and nuances of spices.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 20 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 2-3 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 8 times.

“Foxy shu puer tea” is a good choice as everyday tea. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
