The Void, Moychay (harvest 2019, pressed in 2023), 100 g

A 100-gram tea cake of medium density, effortlessly separates into small, brown, curled leaves and red buds. The aroma is restrained, woody. The infusion is dark reddish-chestnut.

The bouquet of the ready-made tea is mature, nutty and woody, with bready, balsamic and fruity notes. The aroma is low, nutty and woody. The taste is soft, velvety, sweetish, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans and nuances of spices.

Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 7 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 15 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 3-5 seconds and increasing the time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 7 times.

Ripe Puer “The Void” is a good choice as everyday tea. The effect is warming, soft tonic.
